6-18-'15 RGI SA goes forward and moves on

As mentioned before RGI SA has decided to cease with their offering of teak investments and we would look for alternatives concerning your investments on the RGI SA projects. To make a long story short: we didn’t find good alternatives in your best interest

As mentioned before RGI SA has decided to cease with their offering of teak investments and we would look for alternatives concerning your investments on the RGI SA projects. To make a long story short: we didn’t find good alternatives in your best interest concerning your investments and therefore we decided after making the different numbers that RGI SA will remain working on its own and maintain the plantations and - when the plantation is old enough – cut and sell the teak. As you know RGI SA has a 10% interest in the cutting revenues so the higher the sales revenues, the higher the benefits for the investor. With other words there is a mutual interest

To be clear: of course this decision has for you as an investor no negative consequences. Because of the reactions we received from some clients we realize that our communication hasn’t been very clear. In the last months we used Öko-Life as an intermediary for the client contacts. We strongly feel that we want to be in closer contact with our clients. For that reason we will enforce our team with a Dutch speaking fellow worker (Communication Officer) for better and more intense communication with our clients. You will be informed when he/she will start for RGI SA.

As soon as our Communication Officer starts in Costa Rica the communication time will be from 15.00 to 18.00 hours (Dutch time zone); outside these hours communication will only be by email. info@rgisa.com

We hope we can improve the communication by taking this measures and will let you know, via our RGI SA website, as soon as possible if there is any news. In the third quarter of this year you can expect a newsletter to give you an update about the plantations.
