The daily maintenance and expension of the plantations is done by a highly specialized crew, who all had an internal education. The crew is under supervision of European management with different educational backgrounds.
From site selection to pruning, through land preparation and planting, they’re all very specifically related to the species. And more, highly dependable on weather circumstances. To do a proper job, a lot of experience and input is demanded from the crew.
External support by other institutions is supplied in different ways. R.G.I. has a constant potential of experts guiding specific matters.
